A recruiting firm ran 30,000 resumes on spreadsheets and memory. We connected their CRM, their candidate database, and an AI orchestration layer, with one standing rule: every placed candidate becomes a business development lead. The firm's first AI assisted placement followed.

A food and beverage importer closed its books blind on inventory. We rebuilt QuickBooks with bills of materials and a repeatable physical count process, surfaced a five-figure inventory correction, and left an SOP for mass uploads their team now runs without us.

A 50-person construction firm's back office grew with every hire: certified payroll, prevailing wage rules, and fringe rates tracked by employee, all by hand. We migrated payroll, benefits, and time onto one platform with the rules built in. Headcount can scale now. The back office doesn't have to.

A publishing company's finance team ran on exports and lookups. We built them a library of ten AI skills that automate the work inside Excel: the monthly management package, revenue reconciliation, invoice coding. What took days now drafts itself. A human reviews it.

An accounting firm's transcription tool already generated tasks from meetings. Too many of them, none with judgment. We rebuilt it with context: an AI that knows each person's clients, past conversations, and open work, drafts only the tasks that matter, suggests what to close, and holds it all to human approval. Running today on the firm's existing stack. Company status takes a daily check-in, not a standing meeting.

The same firm's project budgets lived in people's heads until the invoice went out. Their time system already had an API, so we built a custom MCP connector and a live dashboard on top: hours against budget by project, overruns forecast while there is still time to act. No new platform. No per-seat licenses.

Rucker Solutions is led by Jacob Rucker. For a decade he led operations teams at Lam Research, Qualcomm, and Elevate Semiconductor, owning supply chain, new product introduction, and the systems that let a business scale.
As Director of Operations and then Enterprise Infrastructure, he specified the systems and waited on builders to ship them. That constraint is gone. Today he leads the AI practice at Apex CAS and builds the systems himself. The Record above is recent output.
